- Coaching was the thing that helped me when I felt miserable.
- I started reading personal growth books at that point.
- It really changed my life in a way that started creating goals and vision.
- I started talking to people and raised that I could motivate and energize them.
03:02- What has changed in coaching that now people who are willing to pay for it?
- People have realized that coaching is really valuable.
- People now realize the difference between mentoring and coaching.
- Mentoring: When someone older than you, shares a lot of insights and helps you to go through life.
- Coaching: The coachee has the authority. Coaching helps people to have answers in themselves.

- It is very subjective.
- It is about how the two people connect with each other.
- A good coach has to listen between the lines.

- With senior leaders, we really need to focus on work-life balance.
- With emerging leaders, we need to help them with confidence to grow as a leader and learn how to lead.
