04:44- How did growing up in Greece influence your musical style and preferences?

  • Growing up in Greece, I was exposed to a mix of traditional Greek music and diverse influences from artists like Pink Floyd and Louis Armstrong.
  • The unique sounds of traditional instruments and the soulful melodies sung by my grandmother left a lasting impact on me.
  • This strange musical blend became the foundation of my own artistic journey.

07:02- As a singer and composer, what is your creative process when writing new music?

  • I fall in love easily, and my muse often touches me deeply.
  • The process of creating music is simple for me—I sit down at the piano, guitar, or with a blank paper, and I just write.
  • Melodies come to me effortlessly, followed by words and harmonies that fit together seamlessly.
  • Inspiration flows, and it feels like a haunting presence.
  • I consider myself fortunate to always feel inspired, and even now when I sit at my piano, something emerges from within me.

19:28- Three lessons for the audience

  • As an anarchist in art, I believe in respecting and learning the rules and techniques but ultimately breaking them to create something beautiful. My first lesson is to do it your way, find your own language, and disregard the pursuit of fame.
  • My second lesson is to start without hesitation. Take action and be the medicine of the world, bringing solace and escape through your art.
  • Finally, my third lesson is to never be afraid. Let your star shine brightly. And above all, always maintain a childlike spirit of curiosity and wonder.
