Oleg shares his experience in visionary leadership and his recognition as Da Vinci of Visionary Leadership. He explains the relevance of visionary leadership and why having a vision is important.
“Every recognition is a promise to do more. We used to look at vision and vision leadership as some kind of a statement, a pluck on a wall and for the first time in human history after long research, I managed to break it or decode it into a practical algorithm.
So to explain what is the nature of vision, how to create it, how to develop it, how to execute it, how to make it a reality whether for business or personal life and also I believe that the beauty of vision is amazing because it’s very structured and elegant thinking about how we would create that future.”
As a coach, Oleg highlights the important aspects of coaching. He only coaches on the topics he has knowledge and experience in. Oleg strongly believes that more than guidance and lecturing, people need coaches who can hold their hands and walk the challenging distance with them.
He throws light on the coach-coachee association and asserts that his goal is to help others while also learning a great deal from his clients.
Further, into the conversation, Oleg shares his authorial journey and talks about the amazing books he has written. Going on deep-sea trawlers in the North Atlantic, which is one of the deadliest professions is one of the many key pivot points of Oleg’s life.
