• Kavyata means wisdom in Sanskrit, and this is what I want to do through my venture.
• Wisdom is about deepening and not just having knowledge and information.
• Make the current opportunity at Work personal.

• T-shaped expertise implies a breadth of experiences & focused on specialized knowledge in a few areas.
• I have been a researcher, social entrepreneur, writer, mom and a coach.
• My experiences have enabled me to connect with different kinds of people.

• An instant shift in your energy is your clue.
• In a coaching relationship, it’s essential to clarify the broad areas you would like to support.

[18:13] – What areas in which millennials, Gen Zs, or young leaders need to be coached?

• Younger leaders are a lot clearer about their aspirations and the courage to move towards it.
• Coaching helps youngsters to achieve a pause for reflection.

• Be open to all types of experiences.
• Careers are long and sustainable, so invest in yourself-mentally, physically, spiritually & emotionally.
