Overview

As a species, humans require two things to thrive: a nutritious diet and high-quality, thought-provoking education. However, what we are currently receiving is a hyper commercialized world of mass-produced, chemically altered GMO-based food and a cookie-cutter educational system that places little emphasis on learning. According to “Gau Sarve Sukhprade,” which states that cows offer all human beings with delights for their health and riches, VedicTree believes that a cow-based solution can serve as a key pillar to address the issues raised above.

In today’s episode of The Brand Called You, Abhinav Goswami talks about the Vedic Tree Foundation and how he is dedicated to saving cows, motivating farmers for organic farming and setting up institutes of social importance like Cow Breeding Centers, Elementary Schools and Hospitals.

00:55- Tell me about Vedic Tree Foundation.

  • The concept of Vedic Tree emerged from the question- ‘Can I be successful while living in the countryside?’
  • In 2016, we tried to build a platform for the rural youth.
  • How do we create a skillful, rural community? How do we create a platform? How do we create employment opportunities?

06:55- How would you define, what is Vedic education?

  • We were the most rich community, we still are, we are the most respected society in rest of the world.
  • Now, if you were to package it in one word, all of this, my behaviour towards another human being, my habits, my attitude, my ability to think differently and all of that, all make up the Vedic culture.
  • So, there is no single way to define what it is.
