[03:28] – What does real time leadership mean to you? How does it differ from any other form of leadership?
- It overlaps a lot with servant leadership, and transformative leadership.
- Our book is like an upgrading manual.
- We have four categories and we go through them like a checklist.
- It helps you constantly pivot.
[13:35] – How do you suggest leaders can apply the principles of real time leadership in remote, virtual or hybrid work environments?
- One of the things we have is the option generator.
- As a leader, do you lean in,engage and be directive? Do you think back, go with data and be very rational dealing with people? Or are you able to not be triggered and not lean at all?
- In times of chaos, there is a kinetic theory.
- You may suddenly have to be very direct, even if only for a short time.
- The other thing is, so many people needed personal support, and suddenly a CEO had to be a comforter in chief.
