My deep understanding of key stakeholders, their motivations and incentives, equips me to build consensus and develop actionable, sustainable solutions to complex problems.
With most of my assignments being quasi start-ups, I donned the role of a strategist and an implementer, driving insight-based holistic designs for impact and outcome – for partnerships and collaborations – for agility, nimbleness and scale.
