  • She is the Chief Executive Officer of Swiss Ladies Drive.

[05:15] – What are some common networking mistakes people make? How can they avoid them?

  • The most common mistake is not genuinely liking other people.
  • It is better not to pretend to like others.
  • I prefer networking with authentic and shy individuals who possess the quality of listening.
  • I believe that shy people can be excellent networkers due to their ability to listen.

[09:36] – Do you see a balance between digital networking and the more traditional face-to-face networking in future?

  • Online networking allows for scalability and reaching a larger audience.
  • It is, however, important to convert online connections into trust.
  • Face-to-face interactions always help for better understanding.

[17:27] – What inspired you to establish Swiss Ladies Drive? What is the core mission?

  • Swiss Ladies Drive was established in 2006-2007 due to the absence of a business magazine for women in Switzerland.
  • The mission was to provide a female perspective on business, economy, and politics, filling the gap between traditional business papers and women’s magazines.
  • The aim was to empower women by connecting them across generations and industries.

[22:35] – Three lessons for the audience.

  • Establish truthful relationships.
  • Be yourself and do not fear vulnerability.
  • View failures as opportunities to learn.
