- A great leader needs to have a vision.
- They need to understand the culture and ecosystems of the environment.
- They need to think of their mission in terms of people instead of just plans.

- Good culture with no strategy is a problem.
- A good culture is an environment where people are happy working there.
- A quick diagnostics- How do you feel on Monday morning and how do you feel on a Friday evening.
[14:46] How do you work with leaders and persuade them to transform?
- It starts with a realization by the leader.
- I work with leaders to detect passive resistance.
- Engage with people to apply ALA- Ask, Listen, Act.
