DISCUSSION

Charlie narrates his journey to the fitness world. Once an overweight kid, he qualified as a personal trainer at 18. Lacking some industry experience and skills, he made his career in real estate. However, his self-awareness that came after his physical training remained with him. He worked in the fitness industry as a side hustle and, after considerable experience, ventured full-time into it. 

He says, “I realised that I can achieve anything if I decide and put my mind to do. So, it was a positive mindset shift.” 

Fitness Programme

He talks about the importance of self-awareness to determine the right fitness needs. Nick explains that his programs work to make a blueprint for success for his clients based on their objectives and preferences, whether in terms of activities they enjoy or food they savour. 

He says, “People do things they think they should do but hate, which is not sustainable and attainable. We help them do things they enjoy doing while achieving the right fitness levels.”

How does fitness lead to overall well-being?

Nick also shares his views on eating right, which according to him is understanding how particular food makes one feel and getting more self-aware.
