02:35- What is Sensorial Marketing?

  • We use our senses all day every day. Be it in daily life or in business or specifically in marketing.
  • The more senses are involved in any experience, the more memorable that experience becomes.
  • The part of the brain that processes scent is the same part of the brain that processes memory.
  • These are a few reasons why the senses are such a crucial element in outstanding marketing.

06:08- What are some good techniques of storytelling?

  • I think storytelling is what resonates the most with people when the story seems real and relatable.
  • As for the techniques of storytelling, it is a very subjective matter because the audience that we cater to might differ and the person telling the story might also be different.
  • With that being said, the most important aspect of storytelling is that we should be authentic if we want to build a long-lasting brand and actually form a genuine connection with our consumers.

13:47- How can a brand maintain the connection with consumers over time?

  • In order to stay relevant, the only thing anyone can do is keep evolving because we all know change is the only constant.
  • My customers might prefer something specific today but their preferences might change over time.
  • So, we have to keep evolving with the market according to their evolving preferences and market our products accordingly if we want to maintain our connection with our consumers over a long period of time.
