Story behind Anti-CEO
All the Founder group was sitting when we created this business and everyone got a designation. Since being the final decision maker, the CEO came to me. I did not find myself deserving of this role.
The CEO’s rule book usually talks about profits first, and Dramantram is about people first. I came across a TED talk by Hamid Ulukaya, CEO of Chobani, and he used the word Anti-CEO and I instantly fell in love with it.

We are a team-centered corporation, uprooting the best ideas from the brains of our team. We then bundle these ideas together to create an approach to your project that is exemplary synergistic.

Definition of Thoughtful Leadership
Leadership has now become more of a philosophical word than just a role. Even I believe leadership is more of a verb than a noun. When I was practicing leadership, I asked myself what is the example I am setting for the rest of the world.
In 2019, I actively wanted to be in this field, the first thing I wanted to define is what kind of leadership I am looking towards and Thoughtful Leadership came to me.
Coaching Women Entrepreneurs
I have grown up very close to my mother and sister. I feel my strong leadership is from the feminine side. Women are born leaders and if there is some help then these 100 will make so much sense.
Out of eight, I have two women leaders, and they are doing fantastic. They are creating an impact and setting rules.
Motivation behind Dramantram
This is one of the accidental companies, it is the DRAMA and MANTRA. We never wanted to create a company. We just wanted to create short films, and a few people helped us in the filmmaking process.
They were exploited by the company they were freelancing for. That is how Dramantram started.
Building a Successful Brand
There are just two things.
- It is exactly what a company or an organization promises.
- What exactly is the experience by the end consumer
How has Technology changed advertising?
Till the point, we are taking technology as something which is empowering humans, I am happy for all the changes. Technology isn’t enabling consumers, but we have to match the pace because things are available, and that is where I think the creative agency’s role becomes critical.
There is a huge impact on advertisement as the bigger companies who were enjoying bigger profits earlier are in trouble because of the smaller fish.
