About Core Work Capital:
Core Work Capital is a fund that acquires businesses and transitions them to employees. Their goal is to create the maximum number of employee-owners. They basically set up an ESOP- Employee Stock Ownership Plan, which is an extremely tax-efficient structure for the business where owners can still run their businesses. Ahad believes that employee ownership is the greatest way to create company value, impact people’s lives and bridge the gap, and have a rippling effect in society.
What are forums?
A forum is a group of people of similar seniority who come together to spamming and sharing their experiences in a safe environment. People in a forum push each other to share things they’re proud of and keep these discussions very confidential. At Forums @Work, employees come together to discuss different themes. Ahad describes these forums as learning groups.
His beliefs:
Humility, Curiosity, Questioning, and Listening are some of the core values he lives by. His advice to young aspiring entrepreneurs is to enjoy the process, find joy in it, melt into the process, and be a part of it every day!
