Dr. Batra tells the audience the secret behind transforming BW from a magazine into a multi level platform via digital production. He also throws light upon the changes that have taken place in the editorial sector and journalism as a whole. He talks about the authenticity of news channels and the increasing role of social media in the lives of the youth.

An avid reader since the age of six, Dr. Batra explains the significance of content writing/development. He believes that for the modern day, content has to be engaging, entertaining and interesting to attract the young audience. 

Dr. Batra, a very self driven person, believes in experiences rather than failures. In his opinion, if one learns from their mistakes and moves forward, failure has no room!
