Prof. Jyotsna Bhatnagar is a PhD from Indian Institute of Technology¸ New Delhi. She is a Harvard Business School Affiliate and has pursued Post graduate diploma in Design thinking from MIT Sloan, Columbia Business School and Tuck school of Business, USA.

At MDI, Gurgaon, Prof. Bhatnagar is the Dean, Research. She has over 28  years of experience, and started her career at IIM Ahmedabad in 1990, and later worked with Escorts Corporate centre for some time.
