Accell Group -Chief Supply Chain Officier – (Heerenveen, Netherlands) In charge of Procurement (€900 mln), Manufacturing & Planning (7 plants: 2800 FTE’s), Logistics & Customs (€100 mln), Quality & Compliance (100 FTE). Since joining Accell Group in April 2015 my assignment is to develop, build and deliver the group supply chain strategy. My delivery so far is (1) completed the setup of the operational leadership team(s) driving the “fit to compete” program (2) generated €80 mln savings , and (3) significant reduction of working.capital (from 35% nett sales to <20% nett sales) Responsible for “fit to compete”program (cost & cash) – driving aggressively product and process complexity out of the business. Leading to 40% reduction of SKUs and introduction of product standards. As well as Manufacturing & Supplier Footprint reset – closing & restructering – 5 plants. Creating hybrid sourcing structure with external partners. Increasing productivity, sustainability and responsiveness. Strong contribution to top line growth strategy of Accell group through innovation (new e-bike developments), supply chain responsiveness, ESG
program and M&A.
