On today’s episode of The Brand Called You, we have with us Mr. Sharad Bansal a millennial entrepreneur. Mr. Bansal is an IIT Delhi graduate. He is the founder of Tinkerly, a creative lab start-up in the field of education.
Mr. Bansal described Tinkerly as a fun learning experience for the students. Tinkerly brings the labs to the students. They follow the traditional STEM outlook for providing practical education to the students. According to Mr. Bansal, the Tinkerly labs help students gain more than just theoretical knowledge. It is a teaching experience with technology and technical experiments. He believes that his labs bring in futuristic technology into classrooms. And gives hands on experiences.
Mr. Bansal informs that his labs offer practicals in skills like robotics, 3D printing, Artificial Intelligence, aerospace, architecture, science DIYs. He also compared the benefits of classrooms equipped with Tinkerly labs and those which are not.
Mr. Garg and Mr. Bansal discussed the status of the education system in the country. Mr. Bansal also threw light on the importance of having co-founders in a start-up and building a support system. He also talked about expanding his business abroad.
Mr. Bansal has given back to the education field immensely. He works on new ideas for expanding and bettering his brand everyday!
