In this episode, Ashutosh Garg converses with Sule Kutlay Gandur, an international executive coach, strategic consultant, and keynote speaker, based in Istanbul and Paris. Sule is a graduate of Columbia University’s master’s level coaching program. She is a renowned ‘resilience at work’ practitioner.

Sule shares with us the three key milestones in her life. The experienced coach opines about why coaching is becoming increasingly relevant in the corporate world.
