Sule has 25+ years of experience in business strategy, organisational management, and leadership development. Sule consults for innovative, insightful strategic vision, and coaches for agile, proactive leadership. Her niche is in “resilience”- to increase her clients’ agility hence re-define their lives. She is also deeply interested in neurocreativity, and purposeful leadership. Sule is a graduate of Columbia University’s master’s level coaching program; she is also a certified Gestalt coach, NBI (“Neethling Brain Instrument”) practitioner, Nonflict coach, and Resilience at Work (European Institute for Workplace Dynamics) practitioner. She started coaching and mentoring intuitively as an account director then the managing director, at Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising in Istanbul. Her role as a coach intensified when she was a strategic consultant to CEOs and CMOs, at her boutique consulting company. Following her formal training as an executive coach at Columbia University, she has been offering coaching, mentoring, and facilitation to various audiences, from CEO members in YPO to leaders of startups. Sule was born and raised In Istanbul, until she left to study in America.
