Christopher C Doyle, Bestselling Author, The Mahabharata Secret & Founder, The Growth Catalysts

On this motivating episode of The Brand Called You, we have with us a very accomplished Author and an Entrepreneur, Mr. Christopher C Doyle. Mr. Doyle is the writer of the best selling novel, Mahabharata : The Secret. He is the Founder of The Growth Catalyst and has worked for several Multinational Companies over the years. Mr. Doyle also sits on several leadership boards and is a professional coach. He is a graduate from IIM CALCUTTA.  Mr. Doyle describes himself to be an author who has mixed and blended a diverse spectrum of subjects. He has incorporated mythology, history and science; and has weaved these into a modern tale. Mr. Doyle mentioned his daughter to be his inspiration for his books and his passion for writing in general. Mr. Doyle believes that reading is the key aspect for a good writer. The more books one reads, the better. And in order to create a good story, it is very important for writers to keep the readers hooked. Mr. Doyle has written a number of best sellers and has succeeded in levelling with his own literary role models! Mr. Doyle also described his venture The Growth Catalyst to be a venture that works with CEOs and Business leaders to grow their business and organisation development. Talking about his role in the corporate world and his role as a coach, Mr. Doyle shared that initially it was just friendly advice. And that turned into professionally trained and certified coaching. Mr. Doyle and Mr. Garg had a detailed discussion about coaching in India, changing preferences of millennials and evaluation of coaches.
