Leadership role: Leads a diverse team of about 150 people across the country. Strengthened organisation structure, making each level more productive and accountable.
P&L: Responsible for new investment proposals for Concern India Foundation, including identification of social risks and issues as per project vis-à-vis investment cycle.
Fundraising: Mentor the national team to channelize corporate social responsibility initiatives of corporations. Devise corporate donor retention strategy, create opportunities for strategic alliance with new corporate donors.
Building and growing the revenue stream. Initiate and implement market expansion and penetration strategy. Facilitating expansion into new markets for existing established events.
Operations: Oversee functions at both head office / organisational and various branches across 7 regions and across verticals viz Programs, Strategy & Budget planning, Accounts, Resource Mobilization, Communication, Recruitment, Training and Administration.
Program management: Lead assessment, evaluation and approval of all proposals for programme support recommended by respective teams. Lead conceptualisation, development, execution of pan India events in areas as diverse as sports for disadvantaged children to Art events.
Partnerships: Built and drives strategic partnerships at both central and local levels.

Mentor: Provide strategic support to branch managers to make them self-sustainable and to ensure growth year on year.
Donor management: Guide and lead development of MIS for monitoring and evaluation for all partner organisations. Periodic monitoring of stake holder engagement and networking with industry specialists.
