Tiffany is the Founder of the Jyotirgamaya Foundation. She is a highly recognized and awarded individual. She is adventurous and thoroughly inspiring! She is an Advocate for Inclusion. Her work has been recognized widely, including the Ex. President of India- Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam and the President Dr.Ram Nath Kovind. She received National Award from the President of India for being the Best Role model among the people with disabilities. She has been the subject of numerous newspaper articles She is visually challenged and the founder of Jyothirgamaya foundation. She holds Bachelor degrees in English literature and special education(Visual Impairment). She is a social activist, Social Entrepreneur, Special Educator(Recognised by Rehabilitation Council of India)and Motivational Speaker.
She received Kerala State Award for Best Social Worker
