His “A Knowledge Advisory” has helped many to bridge the gap between the retailers and the sellers. His Distribution Company has the exact and apt ideas about how to overcome pains in selling a product. With vast experiences, he and the firm have evaluated the working of the current emerging market and the point of sale to have the customer bind to the product. Their commitment is not only to help the retails but also to help the customers by elevating their lifestyles through different new products.
Discussion :
What is the distribution business, Hardee?
The person behind the distribution business Hardee speaks about how Hardee was developed or rather created to enhance the current lifestyle to a fun and healthy lifestyle. The customer needs to be educated about how his lifestyle is going to be affected after consuming the specific product. With a very interesting analogy, it could be understood that people nowadays prefer cooking in nonstick utensils but Rohit explains that “you(we) are ingesting chemicals the moment you do that(eat out of a nonstick) “. So Hardee focuses on overcoming such practices.
When asked about the purpose of Hardee, Rohit replies :
This is a brand that cares about you.
In initial days it was developed because Rohit wanted to experience the ‘thrill to sell products. In his quest to sell products he realized that there are basic demands of the customers which need to be fulfilled and as a part of humanity it should be taken care of that the customer isn’t tricked into some product that in a way will harm it.
How has technology changed the buying procedure for the millennials and the Genz?
To Rohit, the shopping habits of GenZs and millennials aren’t different. On the contrary, it’s quite similar. Technology has enabled both of them to remain online and it isn’t quite a conception that millennials can’t surf things online because they do. This practice has eradicated the recommendation of the sales. Earlier when technology hadn’t empowered knowledge, it was hard to educate ourselves about products. But now we can know anything at our fingertips. So the customer today, be it the millennials or the GenZs aren’t dependent on the decency of the salesperson during shopping for things they, customers, don’t know much about. “We aren’t vulnerable to people’s opinions about good and bad (reviews)”. We open tabs and see tons of reviews for a product we are interested in which in Rohit’s opinion has become a point of sale now.
