Profile
I am a multi-functional leader with multi-sector experience, creating off-balance sheet value through insight-based sustainability practices and reputation management. My deep understanding of key stakeholders, their motivations and incentives, equips me to build consensus and develop actionable, sustainable solutions to complex problems.
With most of my assignments being quasi start-ups, I donned the role of a strategist and an implementer, driving insight-based holistic designs for impact and outcome – for partnerships and collaborations – for agility, nimbleness and scale.
Some of the scripts that I led – Enhancing reputation amidst a crisis; Managing social risk for a globally listed company across international markets and stakeholders; Establishing the business case for sustainability and CSR; Instituting toll-free number to address farmer grievances and e-learning modules for a fertilizer company to create differentiation in the market place; Marketing & Fundraising strategy for a sustainable revenue stream for an NGO; Setting up the experimental school from ground up for an educational institution.
