As a child, everyone wants to be astronauts, or wander into space as they show in movies, but only a few can fulfill this dream, today on the show we have with us Dr. Anthony Paustian who has come close to achieving this goal. Dr. Anthony is the College Administrator & Director of Communications and Branding for the National Space Society(West Des Moines). He is also an Air Force Fighter Pilot, author, and one of the chairs of the International Space Development Conference. Today Dr. Anthony talks to us about Space and everything related to it. He starts off by sharing the key moments in his life. He then explains the work done by NSS(National Space Society). He tells us about their mission of space exploration and settlement. Dr. Anthony is responsible for the branding of NSS, he is making people aware of the brand NSS, enhancing its image with politicians, large corporate leaders, for everyone’s benefit. Dr. Anthony then shares his views on Elon Musk’s SpaceX and how it has revolutionized the space technology industry. He also opines on the work done by NASA and shares how he thinks that a few other companies are going to flourish and do great things in the future in the space industry. Dr. Anthony has written “A Quarter Million Steps” a leadership book inspired by the Apollo Mission and the learnings of the astronauts involved in it and he shares the key learnings from his book.
