Today on our show we have a very senior professional from the FMCG industry who now runs his own advisory firm, Sunil Alagh in conversation with our host Ashutosh Garg. Sunil is the Managing Director of SKA Advisors Pvt. Ltd. and former Managing Director at Britannia Industries. He also sits on several boards of other companies. In this interview, Sunil gives us his insight into brands and his learnings from his mistakes. Being working at Britannia for 30 years, Sunil’s life took an interesting turn when he was asked to quit, but he grew only stronger by opening up his own firm where he uses his knowledge and experience he gained while working for so many years in the corporate world.
