Kapil is the policyholder representative on the Policyholder Protection Board Sub-Committees of two insurers and on the SME Advisory Board of a leading general insurer. Kapil was formerly the managing director of DLF Pramerica Life Insurance Company Ltd. (DPLI), nominated by Prudential Financial Inc. Prior to joining DPLI, Kapil has worked at Max New York Life, McKinsey & Company and Unilever. He is an executive committee member of FICCI CMSME, FICCI’s chapter focused on SMEs, and a member of FICCI’s Health Insurance Committees. He has studied at IIM Ahmedabad and IIT Delhi. Kapil’s wife is an eye surgeon, his elder daughter is studying law and younger son is in school.
