Today on The Brand Called You we are joined by the Chief Strategy Officer of Madison Media,Shan Jain. She completed her masters in Operation Research in 1992 and continued as a mentor and advisor to various technological start-ups like Pharma and Fin-tech. 

In her 28 years of experience, she has mastered the understanding of consumer insights and making them actionable. She has a triple ‘P’ effect(Platform, Purpose and People) which helps her get a better understanding of the business and marketing mindset.  As a CSO, she works towards building strategic alliances and encouraging the importance of integrated planning in the field of Media. A very firm believer of women empowerment, Ms.Jain states that the gender balance in the advertising and business industry still needs a lot of development.

She believes that when a strong support system of people and forces are harnessed together, there are no barriers in the journey of success!
