In this episode of The Brand Called You, we have with us another woman leader, Kristin Engvig in an enlightening conversation with our host Ashutosh Garg. Kristin is the founder and CEO of WIN- Women’s International Networking. After working with many big corporates like JP Morgan, City Bank and Innovation Norway, Kristin realised that something didn’t fit in her life and she decided to take a step back from the comforts of the corporate life and stepped into her entrepreneurial journey. Kristen remarks that women, in most cases, lose touch with their feminine self and their authentic self while working alongside men in big organisations and she wishes to create a safe space for women to get back to themselves and enjoy the freedom to choose. She then discusses the importance of networking for everyone and the benefits one enjoys while connecting with new people. Kristin is also one of the Top Ten Influential Women in Global Diversity. She is working towards creating a safe and inclusive environment for all the people, she reckons that there is a need for awareness among the people to achieve that. Kristin has studied acting and is a Kundalini Yoga practitioner. She’s a true leader and is an inspiration for anyone who is trying to bring a change in this world.
